Overview of Experience
Tony is an instructional designer with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of training design, development, and delivery; experience developing instructional products for a wide array of delivery strategies from instructor-led to self-study, from computer-based to web-based, from traditional to outdoor adventuring; also experienced in designing and developing non-instructional performance interventions such as documentation and job aids.
He is a skilled professional trainer/facilitator, certified with Development Dimensions International (DDI), with experience delivering numerous leadership courses, both in-class and virtually, and presentation skills/instructor-skills courses.
He is an executive coach with experience providing 360-degree feedback, one-on-one coaching, and video coaching to all levels within organizations, from staff to executives; have also delivered hundreds of hours of training on several coaching topics.
Specialties: An excellent project manager and a solid writer, speaker, and facilitator. A self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with a "get-it-done" attitude and with a strong academic grounding in applied instructional technology.
